GET QUOTEJust this April 2008, I decided to be active at my “paid to click” programs. But lately, I got so disappointed. I never thought that I would experience something like this. After all, I still believe in the goodness in other people.
It was last year I guess when I joined Bux.TO. I didn’t continued clicking there because I was busy with my work. When I resigned last February 2008, I got busy taking care of my blogs since I really earned from them. But last April 2008, my blog opportunities were not that many because my blogs have no Page Ranks. So, I decided to be active in clicking again at my “paid to click” programs. Few cents is better than not having anything at all. So, I invested my hard earned money and offered it to my willing referrals even though I haven’t been paid.Last April 28, 2008, I bought referral pack at Bux.TO. It cost me $16.95 for 15 referrals. Seeing ads everyday that Bux.TO really pays, I was very much convinced. Anyway, it states that the processing time would take 2 to 5 days. And, I waited. Then on the 6th day, I checked on my referral stats but unfortunately I still have no referrals. So, I opted to ask for help at their forum since there was an error when I paid through AlertPay. Unfortunately, I ended up being accused as a spammer and their statements were really rude. Well, I gave back my opinion to them but also followed the advice of those that were kind enough to reply. But today is the 10th day, still have no referrals and got a very disappointing reply from their support. While being so disappointed, I search the forum and guess what!! It’s flooding with complaints since January 2008 already. Oh my!! I wish I have seen the forum before I bought my referrals. I might not end-up emotionally and financially disappointed.
Well, it was a very painful experience. $16.95 in our currency can really buy me two kilos of milk already or even buy my children something special.
And when I was blog hopping yesterday, I came by a blog that has comment that connected to another site. I just don’t remember where. But I arrived at GPTBoycott.com, there I also read a lot of complains against Bux.TO since last year and when I searched the Internet, I have discovered even more.
Lesson Learned: Before investing any money, make your own research first so that you can balance all the risks.
OK guys! I am not yet concluding against Bux.TO since I am still waiting for their reply (if there would be). I am just filing this under PTC WATCH LIST. How about you? What are your experiences with them and other PTC sites??

UPDATE MAY 10, 2008: After my daily clamor at the forum, finally, I have my 15 referrals. Since I am not yet eligible for cashout and many have not been paid yet. Bux.TO is still filed under PTC Watch List.
