I Want Sleep!
Because of my online work, I have to be up until late at night… or even until the wee hours in the morning. Many times I wish I would have 8 or more hours of uninterrupted sleep, but most of time time I would get calls during daytime when I am enjoying a much-needed sleep.
I am aware of how important it is to get adequate hours of sleep. Since this year I am making it a goal to live a healthy lifestyle, I know I should do something about it. Less coffee, maybe? And oh, I would love to have a white noise maker so I could enjoy a good night’s rest!
