The Weight Loss Challenge
One of my new year’s resolutions would be to lose weight. Ok, I know, I am joining the millions of women out there who have the same wish for the coming year. Of course this should not remain to be a wish. I should do something about it, right?
For starters, exercising is one thing I have not done in ages. Not because I don’t want to do it, I just could not find time for it. But like they say, when there’s a will, there’s a way. So if I don’t have time, I should make time. Right.
But really exercising coupled with a good weight loss pills could do wonders. I wonder which kind would work best for me.
