Justice for Babies Born with Birth Defects
When I watch public service programs, my heart always goes out to mothers who are seeking financial help for their children who are suffering from birth defects or congenital problems. Most often than not, the birth defect may be caused by prescription drugs which the mother took before or during the pregnancy. One example is Zoloft, an anti-depressant drug.
There are some cases when a pregnant mother goes through a state of depression during pregnancy and may need to take anti-depressants. However, it has come to the attention of the Food and Drug Administration that that Zoloft can be very dangerous especially to a developing fetus. Now if it so happens that a child’s birth defect can be traced back to the mother’s consumption of Zoloft, you would be glad to know that there are lawyers who take on and are willing to help mothers file zoloft lawsuits.
It has been determined that when a child suffers birth defects due to Zoloft, he may be entitled to compensation. Hence, it’s important for mothers to observe their newborns and immediately consult a doctor when they notice something wrong with the child. It may already be the side effect of Zoloft.

Aren’t all pregnant women not supposed to take any kind of drug anyway? My friend before took a pain killer (for a bad toothache) during pregnancy. Her baby died a few days after birth.
I am a lawyer who handles mass torts. Recent medical research shows that taking Zoloft (or other SSRI’s) during pregnancy is linked to autism. Originally, research did not find the connection, but we now have evidence of the link. I am very sensitive to this issue because it has impacted my family. I am only trying to spread the word so people can protect their rights and the rights of their children. You can go to chadpinkerton.com for more information or contact me at 1-855-ZOLOFT-1. If this is out of line, I apologize in advance. My intention is only to help. And, I can help.
