Natural Foods

I have read once that Demi Moore is into something natural for her diet. She is like eating mostly nuts and veggies and I dunno what else. But they say that this is one of the best diets that work. Many people attest that Demi Moore looks younger today that she was like 10 years ago.

I guess this is true because our food intake affects our body processes. Food is what fuels us to go about our daily activities. It gives us energy. But we have to choose the right kinds of foods. Not eating the right kinds of foods will lead to poor body functioning.

And eating too much just gives the body some extra work to do. Our system will try hard to digest what we put into it. Like let’s say, we eat too much meat, especially at night, our bodies work doubly hard to break down the nutrients. The result is a sluggish body, which makes us old.

I guess there really is wisdom in Demi Moore’s diet. The problem is, how can we get hold of it?
