Multivitamin: To Take or Not to Take?
I have been working extra long hours lately because my kids are sick and have to spend more time with them. After they have all gone to bed, which is already pretty late, then I would have to start working. Now I am feeling the brunt of abusing my body because of over work and lack of sleep. I really need a good multivitamin.
However, the problem is, I also need to lose weight and I have noticed that if I take a daily multivitamin supplement, my appetite is increased. Then I would eat a lot and find myself gaining weight. I really wonder why this is so but vitamins just have that effect on me. Sigh, how can I really supplement my diet with the right nutrients without having to gain weight?
