Transferred All
After successfully transferring this blog from blogger to my very own web host, I was able to transfer my domain from gApps to my personal GoDaddy account. It was really funny because I followed all the instruction carefully but the sad fact was; it ended up in errors because I was applying it to the wrong account. Isn’t that utterly insane of me??
Anyway, I am quite happy with the outcome. The $7.19 that I spent at GoDaddy for the push button transfer was worth it because I don’t need to do all the paper works (email and fax). Unfortunately, you need to manually change the settings at my gApps to your own GoDaddy account. Which of course will take time because you need to retrieve your login account at domainproxy.com so that you will be able to remove the domain privacy settings (that was included when I bought the domain), then unlock the domain at gApps domain manager and request for authorization code so that you can transfer the domain while bouncing back and forth from your gApps domain manager to your own GoDaddy domain manager. Do I sound complicated or am I just confusing myself more? Hehehehe…
I really want to share my experience, so next time I will migrate my blogger hosted domain blog, I will take snapshots as I go along the process and use it with my simple tutorial post soon.
This post was made earlier but I wasn’t able to post it immediately because I was having a problem accessing this blog of mine. It seems it didn’t like my IP address. Anyway, thank God I am able to access my blog again. I hope this will be continuous. No interruption please!

Wow!!! I hope one day I get my own domain too… Congrats!
