Hope for that Dream Home
Since the downfall of the real estate business in the US, more American families are finding it very hard to adjust with their mortgage loans. One of my friends in the US told me that she just lost her job because the company she is working with has to shutdown. With this, she is having a hard time paying all her bills and even their mortgage loans. While her friends are just in the brink of getting mortgage loans for themselves as they plan to start building their family and getting their own home is the first step.
Good thing there is always a way to fulfill their dream home. There are still companies that offer the lowest mortgage rates. One of these known companies is Amerisave. They guarantee the lowest mortgage rates and the lowest fees when it comes to other home financing needs. Aside from that, they offer variety of tools to their clients such as instant rate and closing cost quotes, rate lock ability, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, mortgage calculators and easy online application process.
Oh well, at least there is always hope when you need one!
Money from Old Textbooks
I guess being a rat pack runs in the family. My grandfather, my mother, my father, my siblings, my relatives and even I definitely have it. We keep things that others might call rubbish but we call it sentimental or useful someday.
Oh well, I never thought that being a rat pack will come in handy someday…as in financially handy! I have seen a website wherein you can sell your old and in good condition textbooks. All you have to do is key-in the ISBN of each book and they will assess it and tell you how much it’s worth. Once you are agreeable with price, you send them the books. Then, they will pay you once the textbooks are received.
With this cool concept in mind, I want to sell my textbooks! I definitely have a bunch full of engineering related textbooks and all are in good condition. I will keep my self-help books since their use are timeless but my old textbooks can’t be used anymore especially I am not practicing my profession. So, I might earn some money along the way!
Sounds interesting right? Go check for yourself, visit their site at http://www.valorebooks.com/sell-textbooks.

Farmland Memories
When I was a little girl, we used to live in a farm. I was around two to three years old. I don’t remember much but my mom and my siblings used to tell me funny stories of my past. They say I always played with the dogs, the chickens and all other farm animals. They always find the corn crops moving even there was no wind because I enjoy running through them. If I were not to be found at the corn fields, they can find me playing with the cattle supplies.
Every time they talked about my farmyard days, I always thought it was fun and exciting. I wish my children could experience it but unfortunately, my deceased grandfather already sold it to real estate developers. The farmlands are turned into a housing subdivision. No more trees, no more animals. How sad.
