Ok, who is the woman behind "MOMEMO"? Well of course, that would be ME! The one and only ME. Seriously (gesh...was I not??), my name is Ruby or you can call me Mommy Ruby. I am married to my number one enemy (in some point) and I have two beautiful children (a boy and a girl). Before, I worked as a manager at one of the leading direct selling companies here in the Philippines but just resigned last February 2008 just to stay at home with the kids. Since financially we are not that capable, we decided that staying at home with the kids doesn't necessarily mean that I should stop earning too. So, I started to look for ways how I can earn online. I came across several opportunities from ebay selling, affiliate programs and the like but just like any business, one should have a forte. Thus, I was able to find "gpt programs" as very convenient. But of course, I needed something more and something with a fast pay-out (in bulk...hehehe...I have bills to pay you know). There and then, I found another "gpt" but of course it was different breed from other family of "gpts." I found a new way of earning - get paid to blog!!
But before earning was the issue on blogging, I started blogging because I lost my third child because of a miscarriage. Because of this unfortunate event, it gave birth to my first blog - Pinay Mommy Online and after that, I have several more depending on the topics I blogged about. MOMEMO is actually one of my oldest blog. It came after Pinay Mommy Online, this was once called Making Money with Pinay Mommy. Since it was too long and my mood changed also, it became Mommy Earns Money Online or better said as MOMEMO.
MOMEMO is not a blog for commercial purposes (but I am monetizing it) and definitely not a "SP.AM" (as other people sees it)!! Having lots of banners and dollar bills on my header doesn't mean that I am SP.AM right??. It's just that I believe in the saying that a picture contains a thousand word....and SP.AM is not one of those (LOL!!!). Kidding aside, MOMEMO is a personal blog. It is still an online diary of my life...my financial life!! A blog that shares my online experiences on opportunities that I have experimented and joined. I mean, I have been scammed several times and nobody warned me on some programs so I might as well share my experiences - if I earned or not and if the program scammed me or what. It's a place for people who wants to earn money online and would definitely want to avoid major pitfalls (like I did...boohoo!!). It's a blog about a mommy who desperately want to stay home with the kids (I just want to be with them always) but needed to earn money also to help hubby pay the bills. Simple! No lies!
So, what is MOMEMO? It means "Mommy Earns Money Online." So...I did!

This is a great post. My sentiments exactly. If you love to write and love to share you personal experiences to help others what a better and more fun way to do it. Write a blog. We women have to stick or should I say "blog" together.
